Several of you have asked about the museum's tax status. I tried
to cover everything on the web site as well as in the brochure
we have sent out. But, in trying to condense as much information
into the smallest possible space I omitted some information.
1. The Museum is a 501-C-3 not-for-profit corporation. (Donations
are IRS tax deductable)
2. The Museum is incorporated in the state of Arkansas.
3. Our bank is the First National Bank of Berryville AR.
4. At the present time our board of directors consist of the following
cadets:
Jim Evans, 44-B, Greg Smith 58-03N and Al Einert 60-F.
Errol Severe 61-E is the President. My wife, Beth, is the CFO and handles all
the deposits, as well as the shipping of items.
We only have two permanent non-salaried
staff members,
Beth and I.
